Part of the unique character of the organisation is its students. Their enthusiasm drives their wholehearted commitment, which results in a group with unusual energy and team spirit.
VoiceChoice students are enthusiastic volunteers, who commit considerable time on a regular basis to take part in VoiceChoice activities, including training and coaching, rehearsal, workshops and performance.
Additionally, VoiceChoice enjoys considerable support from a broader range of volunteers who assist with many different roles, from day-to-day operations such as stewarding, refreshments, etc at concerts and performances to joining us to participate in staged performances, like Cavalleria Rusticana at The Albert Hall in November 2005.
Another essential help to VoiceChoice is the support received from the professional artists who volunteer their help.
There are many professional singers and musicians who volunteer to participate in performances and Opera Start workshops, giving the children involved a great opportunity to work closely with first class artists who can act as role models for them to aspire to.
