Singing, drama and performing in a safe enviroment

A series of vocal workshops for anyone in the community who is feeling vulnerable or isolated. The workshops are open to allcomers and are designed to give participants the opportunity to find their voices, express themselves as creative individuals and help them build a positive attitude about themselves. 

The workshops are based around singing and drama, with energising warm-up games and exercises. The focus will be on participation and having fun, while introducing good basic posture and breathing practice for increased well-being.
The workshops are at the Emmanuel House in Nottingham starting the 10th sept 2025 from 4pm until 6pm every Wednesday, until mid July 2026 ( AND ITS FREE )  53-61 Goosegate, Nottingham, NG1 1FE

The workshops will be in blocks of sessions
